Big Al and his team did a phenomenal job. It was quoted accurately (meaning no hidden fees or surprise bills), completed in the time stated, and looks amazing. A month after installation a wind gust knocked a panel off the posts and Alex showed up the very next day to correct it and reinforce the panel so it would not happen again.
